All men are invited to attend a day retreat on February 22, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church. The retreat will begin with Mass in the Church at 8:00 AM.
The theme for the day is *Hope and Faith: Trial by Fire*, focusing on the life of Abraham. Abraham is known for his strong faith and obedience to God, as he responded to God's call to go to a place that he would receive as an inheritance, even though he did not know where he was going. He faced many trials, particularly when God commanded him to sacrifice his son, Isaac. Despite this daunting test, Abraham maintained his faith that God would raise Isaac from the dead.
The retreat will be presented by Father James Claver, a member of the Servants of Christ Jesus Order in Denver. This order is dedicated to advancing the New Evangelization through the praise, reverence, and service of God. This retreat promises to be a day of enrichment for all participants where we can grow in Hope and Faith learning how to overcome our trials by fire. We encourage you to join us.
